30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us at contact@mavrenstudio.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Warranty

All our lights come with a 2-year warranty. If you have a problem with your light, contact us and we'll help.
